Tiny Tip: Naming products

One reason your jewelry’s not catching people’s attention

Stop calling your products generic things like ‘Sterling Silver Disc Necklace‘ call it something people feeeeel. Name a product with meaning, not materials – ‘Sterling Silver 925 St Christopher Wristband’ is really quite… forgettably long! – it’s what eeeeeeeevery other store does online.
Oh but…‘My Wanderer Wristband’ that gets my attention right there – “My son is a wandering soul” – thinks the customer. It’s more poetic, more memorable, more him…Click!

This is something I noticed quite some time ago when selling personalised teddy bears. When I gave them cute little names like Bramble Bear or Pip, or Buttons…I sold way more…yay!

Language sells makers!
