“Hello? Is this thing on?”

Lola (AKA: Tickle) has officially defected this week…
taken herself off to my husband’s office like some sort of freelance creative.

He has a podcast.
She now sits in there like she’s part of the production team.

I’m fairly certain she’s planning her own spin-off:
“A Day in the Life of Tickle”
…mostly covering naps & snacks 🥰

Meanwhile, back in my studio…

Today’s highlight was…
buying jump rings.
Lots of them.

Riveting stuff.

I have so many different sizes and metal types at this point, I could probably open a small, slightly niche, jump ring museum.

BUT.

One little tip – I don’t mess about with the gauge. I always go for 18 gauge.
They’re super strong, hold their shape and don’t come open.

It’s one of those tiny decisions that no one sees…
but makes a huge difference between

“this feels lovely”
and
“hey! where’s my charm gone?”

And that is how I’ve spent my day.
Tickle is building her media career…
and I’m here… living my best jump ring life.
